I am trying to fence my backyard using bamboo poles but I do not know how

to go about attaching wire fence to the poles. Any sugestions or ideas?

Thank you!

see link for one way - although it's designed for fastening bamboo to bamboo, I have found it quite durable to treat the wire as though it were really skinny bamboo. I have also used long metal staples, but only on 4+' poles. Staples are okay to hold the fencing up even for compost bins or tomato cages, but not really sufficient if big dogs are going to be bouncing against the fence. For temporary fencing, old nylons make great ties - they only last a year, but meanwhile they do hold! Jute twine also lasts for about a year, and while it's a bit harder to work with than lashing, again it's good for holding temporary structures such as bean trellising.

Here is a link that might be useful: bamboo lashing cord
