Native Grass mystery? 7, 2013

This plant is a volunteer and I would love to know if it's a native?

I think it's native and I think it's in the genus Panicum. Are the stems hairy?

Based on what appears to be a rosette of smaller leaves at the base I think it is a Dichanthelium sp. (which used to be in the genus Panicum). AFAIK all of the Dichantheliums are native.
