I have a 4 year old rhododendron that does not flower. It gets 4 hours of morning sun. Anyone have any suggestions to encourage this to bloom for next spring?

What zone are you in? Have you pruned it? Fertilized? When?

Rhodys set bud early for the following year. If you prune them, you likely cut off the flower buds.
