ID? 5-petal purple trailing flowers

samanthab(z5 MA)June 15, 2012

Does anyone know what this plant is called?

It has 5 pointed trailing purple flowers with white centers and heart shaped leaves with serrated edges. I've tried searching online but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

This picture was taken in Connecticut.

Looks like a type of Campanula, bellflower.

Maybe Campanula poscharskyana. Not a US native.
