I think they are blueberry seedlings but I'm not sure.
Think you need to wait until true leaves appear. Perhaps several pair.
Michaeld, you may have some blueberry seedlings coming, I don't know, but I see a third leaf on a couple seedlings in your pot that look like creeping woodsorrel - those with the three tiny heart shaped lobes per leaf, somewhat clover like. Common weed in nursery stock.

If you don't have luck with the blueberry and should want to sow it again, a tip - your sowing medium looks like it could be more coarse (larger particles) than ideal for blueberry. Typically its sown much the same as for rhododendron and azalea, seeds surface sowed on finely ground moist sphagnum moss with the container then covered with a piece of glass or saran wrap to hold humidity, wrap or glass removed at the first sign of germination. Germination should take place about a month from sowing.
If you do ever sow it again, you might follow the directions for rhododendron seed.
