Garden Visit/Potluck
Date: Saturday April 12, 2014 Willingboro, N.J. Please email me for address.
Arrive 10:00 AM (Please park across road on Sedgwick. Walk around garden, socialize, etc.
potluck 12 noon
POT LUCK: Please bring a lunch dish (with serving utensil) to enjoy and share. Lunch dishes can include anything from cheese & crackers, pasta, tossed salads,hummus, fruits, veggies, or other covered dishes. Bring a chair if you have one (extra chairs here if needed). Plates, plastic silverware, napkins, cups, and iced tea & water will be provided.
There will be afternoon visits to nearby public plantings of hardy palms, etc.
This will be an enjoyable day filled with gardens, good plant talk, and delicious food.
Feel free to bring a friend.

Windmills burned; a lot of pruning needed. Needle palms fine, dwarf palmettoes not bad, Sabal Louisiana burned. Most palms are alive and should regrow.

Glad to hear it. Sounds like they didn't do much worse than anything else. I am waiting to see how Bracken Brown Beauty recovers. How about your illiciums and camellias?

Illiciums did well. Very few Camellia flowers, but most had minimal foliage damage. A few died back.
