Edible plants and Digitalis?

SweetberthaJuly 20, 2005

I'm new to gardening, and I just moved into a new house. I pulled up some dying foxglove from a spot that seems perfect for growing vegetables. Is it safe to grow veggies in a place where foxglove has recently been?

Thank you much!

Yes, safe - nothing to be concerned about....

Digitalis is not safe to eat, but it does not leave anything in the soil. So plant your veggies.
