grapes for wine

andrw(z6 NJ)May 18, 2005

are there any tips for a future grape-for-wine grower in central nj? i have a nice white variety (not sure of the name) rooting in water (cutting from a healthy jersey city native) at the moment. what can i give it to improve its sugary-ness? any other new jersey grape growers?
