Is comfrey native to Illinois?

Does anyone have a picture of this? I want to plant it and wonder if I already have it at my farm.

Native to Europe and Asia, naturalized throughout much of the U.S.

Comfrey proper (Symphytum officinale) is Eurasia, but wild comfrey (Cynoglossum virginianum) is native to the US.
