What is this plant?

This just started growing in our flowerbed. We let it go, it is about 8.5 feet tall by now. Keeps growing.


I call it triffid.

MULLEIN - it's not native to North America, introduced from Europe.

Yes, thank you. proliferate in HY also.
Known as "cowboy toilet paper" due to very velvety leaves. Multiple medicinal use. Very cool.
