Very pretty!

Nice balance of color, size and texture.

What is the pink leafed maple?

Thanks Margaret, the maple is A.p. Geisha.

Excellent! I was hoping you would say that!

It is not often grown and can be picky. I have one that I have been keeping in a pot and moving around to find the right place so it can flourish.

Nice to see it can be a good addition to the garden.

Very pretty garden! Love that forest grass, how old is it?

@Margaret, by all accounts Geisha is very finicky, but after our last brutal Canadian winter, it seems to be flourishing!

@Bungalow, this section of the garden is 3 years old.

thanks!
