Baby royal catchfly, or something else?

I need some help with these guys. They look like they may be baby Royal Catchfly. I have a mature plant that has already bloomed and these are coming up all around it. Thanks for the help! :)

Hmm, doesn't look like it. I grew royal catchfly from seed once and took a picture of the foliage in the first year
