Tree I.D. Needed

Woodland_CreatureSeptember 25, 2013

Saw this tree on a neighbor's property and I really like it. I wanted to know what kind it was so I could perhaps plant one of my own.

Any Clues?

Not the clearest image of the leaves.. but I had to zoom in and take the picture from about 50 yards away

No flowers to speak of. It looks like it's a regular shade-type tree.
