how much does the water for a fruit tree cost in Carson City?

The people on the fruit tree forum just don't quite understand. They say up to 25 gallon when the soil is dry. Duh - most of the time the our soil is dry.

So. I will rephrase the question. Out near the Carson City airport how much does the water cost to maintain a fruit tree?

Cost to water a tree? If your worried about the cost of water to maintain trees in Nevada then just forget about planting trees. Its not cheap to have a nice yard in the high desert. Maybe rockscaping would be a better choice for you to save money.

agray132 is very astute. Were we worried we could, as suggested, forget it. My question is a budgeting question. How much does it cost?

I agree with agray132. Its not cheap to have a nice yard in the high desert. Maybe rockscaping would be a better choice ... were we trying to save money.
