What is this plant?

rameshuDecember 8, 2006

I have a couple of plants which I am keen on identifying -- one appears to be a philodendron (hairy variety) and another is something I probably propagated either from seed or tuber. Any help appreciated.

Here are the links to the pictures (its on flickr.com with tag houseplants.)

None of these plants are native plants. You might try posting over in the "Name That Plant" forum. However..The "philodendron" is actually Tradescantia Spathacea, I believe, and the "unknown plant" is called a False Aralia. I don't think the "Pepperomia" is a Pepperomia.
