I need your advise again.I live in Tacoma- Federal Way area. Is it time to direct seed beans or is it too early?

Last year in seattle I planted bush beans on april 15th. They took about 2 weeks to emerge and then grew slowly for about 2-4 more weeks before really taking off. This year I am going to plant 2 weeks later. If you plant now, you will be fine, they just might take a little longer to come up.
