Is this a Wisteria??

We've lived in this house almost exactly 6 years. There is a vine encompassing the front stoop post. We think it's a Wisteria, but it's never bloomed. I walked out this morning and looked up to check out a finch nest and was surprised to see what looks like blossoms!!!

Before I get too excited I thought I'd post them and see what everyone thinks? And if it is Wisteria- why is it finally blooming now?

It looks like wisteria to me. I don't know why they sometimes don't bloom. I have two and one blooms beautifully every spring, but the other has never had a flower on it.

Seed-raised specimens may take a long time to begin flowering.
