Sun--Fire Weather Watch for 8 NE OK Counties

Okiedawn OK Zone 7February 9, 2013

The NWS has issued a Fire Weather Watch for Sunday afternoon for eight counties in northeastern Oklahoma, generally in the Tulsa area.

Guess that means y'all are gonna have wind because if it was going to be calm, they wouldn't issue the FWW.

On the map linked below, you can click on any county with the fire weather watch color coding and the full text of the Fire Weather Watch will be linked on the county's page.

Apparently the forecast changed and this Fire Weather Watch was cancelled as it now appears the fire risk for today has shifted to southwestern through southcentral OK.
