Dendrobium bullenianum

Typical of Dendrobiums generally - pretty flowers on an ugly plant. The problem with it is that I have about 5 inflorescences like this on a plant with a dozen homely canes. My fault, I'm sure - just haven't found the right conditions for it to bloom profusely. Ah, well -

I wouldn't complain, very lovely flowers. I have 5 ugly canes with no flowers.

I do not grow orchids for their foliage. I have many ugly plants that provide beautiful flowers. When the flowers are out no one notices...Nicely grown.
