Bulbo basisetum, with and without fly.

orchidnickJune 22, 2013

Warm grower from the Philippines. Found a fly stuck in there this morning. After I pulled it out it was so punch drunk from the heavenly whatever it found in there, it stumbled around for a few minutes before it took off to look for another Bulbo. I know it won't make it to to the Philippines, hopefully it will make it to Andy's. I cannot detect an odor but I lost my sense of smell a long time ago. Occupational hazard.

Glad you explained about the fly, as the first pic looked a little "unusual". Nice "legs".
