Nematodes and Overseeding

My lawn is a mess. There are so many grubs and the topsoil is very poor. I want to bring in some garden soil to topdress and do this every year for the next few. Problem is we have a ton of grubs. I want to do a nematode application next week as it will be perfect timing for our area plus rain is forecasted. Can I topdress, overseed and do nematodes at the same time? What order would I do first topdressing or nematodes? Thanks.
