I cannot find it any where. I have tried feed stores all over the place. All I can seem to find is cracked corn. I am looking to buy it to combat fungus in St. Augustine. Will cracked corn work effectively?
It has been a long time since someone mentioned cracked corn. Apparently it does work against the fungus. With cracked corn you will find there are some corn kernels which were too small for the cracker machine and slip through the screen undamaged. Those are viable seed and will sprout corn plants in your yard. Fortunately once over with the mower and they die.
If you have any grocery stores that cater to Hispanic shoppers, they will have corn meal or corn flour in 25-pound bags. Read the label carefully to be sure you are getting only corn meal and not a premixed tortilla product.
