Nursery recommendation around Philly

silverneedleMarch 16, 2010

Can anyone recommed a good nursery or garden center, around the western surburbs of Philadelphia, in the King of Prussia area? We are willing to go 15-20 miles out of our way.

I really like Main Line Gardens on Paoli Pike in Malvern. There's another nursery just near there called Potter's, also nice but I prefer Main Line. They are a little southwest of you.

The very best nursery if you're willing to take a drive, is Black Creek off 625 north of Blue Ball. It's amazing and very inexpensive and they have a HUGE selection of plants.

Here is a link that might be useful: Black Creek Nursery

Try Primex in Glenside, AchyBack (?) on Main St., I think it's Pottstown, PA.
