How do you make it taste good? Also people make kale smoothies. Do they taste like kale? Do any of you make them? At a meeting we had a cardiac rehab nurse as a speaker and I am changing my ways. So far it has been one day without much sugar or butter. I have poke popping up and I always have at least one poke serving but that takes bacon. I eat my lettuce with olive oil and vinegar, garlic and salt. I may slip some kale in and see how that tastes. I keep planting radishes but it is too dry and so far they haven't done much. I have lots and lots of leaf lettuce and onions.
