What a wonderful photo!
Beautiful photo of stunning blooms!
That is a beautiful flower, love the colour and a very nice photo. Because you live in the 'upside down part of the world' you have the spring and summer to look forward to. I'm envious, we only have short days and cold weather to look forward to, for months!
I have three Tolumnias in spike now, one is Shannon Elizabeth. Looking forward to blooms! Thanks for the beautiful photo of these lovely blooms.
Shannon Elizabeth is Sniffen x Golden Sunset so the flowers should be lovely.
Thank you for the kind comments.
Touristy shops here sell strange looking globes and maps with the Southern Hemisphere on top.
I have a Tolumnia Shannon Elizabet. It's new to me. How you care for this little orchid?
Mine is in a 4" glazed clay pot, and in fir bark.
I could use all the help I can get!
Hi Elizabeth, my cultivation notes are in the link, but the notes relate to glasshouse care in Sydney, Australia so to will have to do a bit of interpreting.
Perhaps repost your question over on discussions to get more relevant advice from Northern USA and Canadian growers.
