Favorite Pittsburgh Garden Centers

Cara-567(5)April 1, 2013

I'm looking for unusual plants in the Pittsburgh area. Can anyone suggest garden centers that tend to have varieties that the big box stores don't?

Friday's is out of business as far as retail sales. They sold their stock to Michael Brothers Nursery. I like Plumline Nursery.

If you are on the east end side of Pittsburgh.

They have awesome sales and I find a lot of things that HD and Lowes do not sale. They have the same one year guarantee like the big box stores also.

Here is a link that might be useful: Penn Hills Nursery
