Wow, what a wasteful storm. Almost no rainfall worth talking about, and winds that knocked down half the stuff in my veggie garden......

Hang in there, Nick. Looking at weather, it looks like we'll be getting plenty of rainfall to talk about.
I was disappointed last night, too. But the light show was spectacular!

You were so right. My wife and I were woken up last night around 3am with the sound of rain. It actually sounded like hail, so I got up and went outside to check; as if there was something I could do to help the plants if it were hail :op
I was just pouring down real heavy. Not sure exactly how much we got, but from looking at the buckets its prolly a couple inches or so. This time it didn't knock down any plants either :o)
