Zucchini

I have some zucchini that is full grown except for the last 2 to 3 inches that remain small about the size of your thumb, Anybody have any idea what causes this, Thanks.

Usually poor pollination.

Thanks for the reply, The zucchini seems to have lots of flowers are doesn't that necessarily mean good pollination?

Often times the first ones are odd, as the season progresses, there should be pollinators working. A lot of flowers on a squash doesn't mean you don't need pollinators.
