Mystery flowers from my old seeds

Does anyone know what these are? I'm pretty sure the first two are the same kind of plant.

The first might be some type of larkspur or delphinium. I have something similar growing in my garden and it is larkspur.

I also thought larkspur although it should have bloomed earlier. California poppy maybe. Is the last one fragrant. I am thinking wallflower or perenniel alyssum guesses all.

I am guessing larkspur/delphinium, nigella damascena or Love in a Mist, California poppy and Wall flower (chieranthus ).

I think the first is larkspur and the second love in a mist.
