move this weekend?

danaoh(SWOhio zone 6)January 10, 2007

it is supposed to be unseasonably warm (40's/50's) The groud is wet - could I move my old peonies now? They are under a big tree and don't bloom. We have been in this house 2 years and I have no idea what color etc they are.

If your ground isn't frozen yet, I'd give it a go!

I might add that early last spring I moved/divided a peony, and even had it bloom a few months later.
