I love fall in the Ozarks!
I do too. That is a beautiful scene. What kind of tree? The leaf looks like a maple.
BTW, welcome to the forum. We love new members.
Please keep posting and showing us pictures of your beautiful plantings.
The tree is a plain Japanese Maple Acer Palmatum, next to a 125 year old elm tree.
I have a Japanese Maple in a pot. Your picture makes me want to plant it in the ground today while it is nice. It has lived in the pot a couple years, but I think it would grow faster in the ground. I hope it lives to be as nice as yours.
