blooming period of coccinea

Does anyone know the exact blooming period for passiflora

coccinea? I have a plant that is 7 feet tall but hasn't

bloomed yet.

I'm not absolutely sure about this, but I think P. coccinea is a short-day bloomer, as it is said to bloom from December to April in Europe (greenhouse grown).
