Relocating a peony

brooklynbackyardMay 5, 2006

I inherited 3 of my grandmother's peonies about 7 years ago. One is now really struggling as its spot has become quite shady - no buds and the foliage is hardly growing. I know I should have moved it last fall, but I didn't. Is it okay to move it now or should I wait?

I would wait for fall.
