Help Identifying

PepperzJanuary 30, 2013

Hey all :)

I've recently had a chili plant begin podding, though I have no idea what it actually is.

Any ideas as to what it may be would be most appreciated.

Cheers :)

If pressed, I'd have to say a hybrid.

Any hints you can offer? Anything at all?

Not like any pepperoncini I've seen.

I would also say no to pepperoncini. I grew those last year and nothing like the picture from the OP. I would say they are closer to a super hot variety. have you tasted one yet?

Looks like a cross between a Chupetinho and a Bell pepper.
