pruning winter kill on windmill palm?

The severe winter killed many of the leaves on my 10-year-old windmill palm. others are green in the center, brown on the ends. all stems are green.

Should I trim the dead leaves? What about the half-green, half-brown ones? Can the ends be trimmed without damaging the center?

Any fronds that are completely brown they can be removed. If the fronds are partially green, you can trim the brown tips off without causing the palm any problems.
