Identify pests

These showed up on some iris that my mother recently moved inside. What and how to get rid of them?

well... they are growing upside down.. what more can i say .... lol

why did she move them indoors???

i am wondering about cold/frost damage ...

EDIT: this is a duplicate post.. and you add more facts at the other post.. so just let this one fall down the list ... i was thinking i saw simple cell damage.. rather than things that could be wiped off...
