Here's the best mid-winter blooms I've seen yet under my T-5 florescent grow lights. The fragrance matches the beauty of the blooms.
Very nice. Can you post a picture of you whole lighting setup? I would love to see that.
I would also like to see the picture of the light setup. The flowers are just beautiful.
Nice flowers! Aren't the light set ups awesome! My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. I may have been more successfull with my earlier plumeria attempts.
Very pretty..Thanks for sharing
Konatiki and ckap, here are pics of my light set up. I have two different light fixtures that use the HO T-5 lights. You will notice a leaf from tip burn. That happens when the leaves grow too close to the light bulbs. I have to keep adjusting the plants as they grow upward, to help prevent this from happening.
Your plumerias are looking great! I think Im going to get some grow lights for mine next winter. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Alex. A lot of my plummies have lost a lot of their older leaves during the last week, to complete their "dormancy" cycle to some degree, but they continue to put out new leaves. I have two more varieties just starting to bloom that I will post pictures of later.... Carol H. and Penang Peach.
All I can say is WOW,that is pretty impressive light setup.
Very nice. Here is what I got going in my garage. It's not much but when it rains and is real cold outside my plumeria love this space. Plus it's good for my cutting I trying to root.
As you can see my big rainbow cutting has just taken off in this space. You can't see it too well but there is a 12"x48" heat mat on top of my surfboard sock and it keep the bottoms nice and warm.
Very nice konatiki! Good luck with your plummies. F.Y.I. just submitted another post of 'Carol H' in bloom. Beautiful pink and white blossoms.
