Black specks on basil, morning glory, grape
I've done a lot of looking and can't find a definitive answer as to what exactly this is attacking my plants. It seems to go for tender leaves, as it's hit my sweet basil, mint, morning glories, and concord grape leaves. Presents as tiny black specks on the underside of leaves, which eventually seem to drain/yellow the leaf causing holes and eventually leaf drop. Can anyone tell me what this is and/or how to treat? I've seen explanations ranging from powdery mildew, fungus, some sort of bug/parasite... need help to pin this down. See pictures.
