bhut jolokia flowers but no fruit

vettin(z6b Northern VA)March 19, 2011

Planted these about 8 months ago, now about a foot tall. They have been under lights in pots inside. They have produced flowers, but no fruit. Do I need to be feeding, or planting outside, or just waiting until they are older for fruit?

Thank you.

Mine flowered for a few months without setting fruit, Don't know if it was the hot weather or not, but once they set, I got more than enough, I'm still picking them! Now I see more flowers forming so I'll keep my eye on them
