Need a few details, begin with in the ground or a pot?
How many leaves are affected?
And where are they on the plant?

need an image of the entire plant, or more than 2 leaves, please.

Thanks for the reply, it's in a pot. It's spreading all over the leaves. I will try to capture a new photo when I can.

Whatever I have tried it's spreading all over the leaves. I can't find a way to stop this problem :(

The fuzzy webbing under leaves looks like spidermites.
Control them with Forbid:

The dark spots could be black spot leaf disease.

Copper chelate helps, good advice, just be prepared to lose a lot of leaves at first, but they grow back :)
