What is this on my grapeleaves and how do I get rid of it?

Don't know who. But likely you can find the culprits if you look at various times of the day, including night. When found, destroy -- drop into soapy water works fine.

Leaf roller caterpillars. Squish the rolled part of the leaf or unroll and squish or as mentioned drop in soapy water.
