Bacterial Wilt??

mikalakaJuly 21, 2011

Hello everyone, This is a picture of my Diva cucumbers, which are getting these spots on the leaves, then completely browning/dying. They start at the bottom and move up. The whole plant hasn't been affected yet. But I'm trying to figure out what this is. Bacterial wilt from a cucumber beetle? (I haven't found any beetles yet.) Mosaic wilt?

Rather then causing a leaf to discolor Bacterial Wilt causes the plants leaves to just wilt, loose turgidity. Cuting into a stem nearby and seeing this ooze flow out is a good sign of this wilt.

Here is a link that might be useful: Bacterial Wilt
