Can someone identify this worms in the photo, I get more and more of this in the soil of my planted pots,
should I worry and try to get rid of them , if yes how?

Does it have lots of legs?

If so, it's a millipede. a predator of ground-dwelling insects.

Also, if that's your potting mix, I'd be curious how your plants are doing. I wonder why you have intact leaves in the potting mix.
