oh no - gophers in a raised vegetable garden in California

trubeeJuly 18, 2006

NOW WHAT?!!!! For the first time in 10 years we have gophers munching on our veggies in a raised vegetable garden. You can't use anything poisonous for obvious reasons. I read the other threads but thought I'd see what you'd do about THIS little trick of the beasts from you-know-where. Help!

Despite what it says in the website name below, pesticides are not the topic.

Hope those are helpful.

It's time to buy some RAT traps, bait with peanut butter, place under a big flower pot, which you have elevated on one side so they can get in - I've caught 52 so far this season using this method!
