Robellina Palm Disease

What could be going on with this Palm?... please see photo.

It recently had white fly and was treated with Merit. I am concerned as even new frons has this dicoloration.

Haven't seen one looking like that before. Appears to be a well established tree. I'd say it's getting too much water. They like to be kept moist but not soggy.

Thanks... Yes its borderline flood conditions here lately. Would it hurt to add some palm fertilizer and epsom salt?

Unless you resolve the water issue the fertiliser isn't likely to help.
