How easy does C.plumosa transplant?

I have a several year old one in my yard. It has a sugar cane like trunk..but its grown into the tree above it. How well do they take being dug and moved?...Its about 10-12' overall at most.

i have read that the Chamaedorea genus is a pretty easy to transplant genus. Just get a large amount of the rootball and make sure to keep it out of too much sun

Thanks Eric...just a matter of time to move it. I'm tired of only seeing the trunk and base of the fronds...the rest is up in Podocarpus branches and my arbor rafters. I actually have no idea what "the whole" looks like!
