Argyreia N (HBW) bacterial, fungus or deficency? pictures

pumilusAugust 31, 2011

Hello, I'm wondering if you could help me in any way.

Turns out the leaves got infected with some mold because of me scarifying the seed more than it needed (too exposed) I don't know how she's still alive, the black spots at the edges of the leaves is gone along with a part of the starter leaves but now it has these brown stains.

Is there any way to heal the plant? I was thinking that by cutting the leaves I could get away with it but being she only has those two leaves to recieve sunlight I decided it's not a good idea.

Any tips? it would be such a bummer if it dies, the plant is tilted because of heavy rain it has grown well considering she's sick since germination.

The baby leaves are rather beat up and, in the 2nd image, toward the right side is serpentine evidence of a leafminer.

I suggest you keep all the leaves. (That seedling needs all the hlep it can get.) But please take gently squish the serpentine trail between you r fingers. The remain alert and, if you see more such trails, squish those also.

Thanks! One leave has already opened, I will limit sun exposure just in case it's one of the reasons for the beat up.

maybe not needed. The "beat up" is mechanical damage.
