New here and to growing...Help! What are these orange eggs??

materialwitnessSeptember 12, 2011

I grew up on a farm. Was in the soil till I was 10 then a super market went up in town, needless to say 'in with the new, out with the old'.

I recently moved onto a property with 2 huge avocado trees, which I love and thought 'why not plant other vegetables and fruits?'

Now I've 2 tomato plants, yellow & red peppers, hot peppers, cucumber, limes and lemons.

I took a picture of these lovely orange colored eggs. What are they..??

For us to ID eggs, we need to see them close-up. It would also help if you told us what plants you found these eggs. These are on your peppers, correct?

Ladybug eggs are distinctly football (spindle) shaped, and can range from yellow to light orange. You'll need to google to compare.

That's just a wild guess, since we can't see the shape of these eggs.
