pest on rose-of-sharon

mattskivaOctober 12, 2010

Earlier this summer, I moved and transplanted several plants with me. I have two rose-of-sharon that have both lost most of their leaves, and one of which has visible color changes on the leaves. You can also see white spots on the branches in the photo. Any idea what is causing this?
