Costa rica congos bug??

In Costa Rica its called Congo. Eats citrus leaves banana peel tree bark and more. Know the common name. How to get rid of them??

Can't tell much from the image provided. Is it a type of wasp?

The image is too blurry to see anything other than it may, possibly, be a flying insect of maybe the wasp family. A web seartch does not come up with anything called a Costa Rica congos bug.

Looks like a Hymenoptera (wasp & bee group) as has already been suggested.

Any chance of obtaining its technical name? Perhaps from your local agricultural authority/agency?

Likely the agency would also have management suggestions.
